With over 25 years of experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and business structuring, I’ve worked closely with organizations of all sizes—ranging from start-ups to large, distributed enterprises. My background includes business development, resource allocation, and organizational restructuring. I’ve ensured companies not only meet compliance standards but also create a foundation for long-term success.
Beyond regulatory consulting, I have advised both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations on expanding their services and driving innovation. Most recently, I served as the Legal Compliance Officer for the largest African American Pentecostal church and oversaw regulatory matters for a global membership of six million.
I hold a Bachelor of Science from DePaul University and a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University. Outside of my professional work, I value mentorship, volunteerism, and community service. I believe that businesses—especially those in underrepresented sectors—should have access to the guidance they need to thrive.
